Damn, it’s hot today. The kitchen sink is fixed. We had to replace the entire faucet. Sigh… oh well.

I tried to fix the water supply line under my kitchen sink, but I think I need a special tool, or perhaps I need to dismantle the entire faucet. I might as well call a plumber at this point if I need to buy a special tool. I think I’ll install a water filtration system…

Damn, it’s Monday already. This weekend did not go how I thought it would go. But I’m giving myself a pass, because we got flooded… again.

I’m being forced to socialize. Send help.

Woke up at 3am. The kitchen sink started suddenly leaking hot water all over my kitchen. So that was fun. :/ My weekend plans are now shot while I fix this issue.

…sigh, I’m being forced to upgrade react-navigation by a react native upgrade. This is incredibly annoying. And I’ve yet to figure out what broke with the Android upgrade. Ugh, I hate React Native upgrades. They’re the worst.

Man, today was a grueling day. The hard work of wrangling answers to technical projects that have no clear owner is incredibly draining. I thought I was building one thing, but then I got feedback from someone else and I thought I was building something else, then I met with someone else and turns out…

I finally figured out what’s wrong with my Windows PC. Turns out the motherboard has automatic overclocking, and this was destabilizing my PC. So I turned that feature off and I stopped getting blue screens due to CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT errors.

I don’t feel like journalling today, either.

Got a surprising amount of shit done today, including networking with some folks after work. Which means I’m exhausted, so it’s another minimal journal day.
