Liza asked me if she could read this journal. I guess I hadn’t considered how it might be awkward to share private thoughts online. I don’t have such reservations. I’m an open book. I would say, though, that I have a purposefully minimalist blog and I don’t post on big social media sites. The people that care about me know about this blog. The rest don’t need to know it exist. But I did intentionally make it public and I don’t care who reads it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
My sister is concerned about my grandmother’s driving habit. My grandma definitely should not be driving. I have told her this. My sister has told her this. Her nurse \/ carer has told her this. But she does it anyway. So I suppose the next step is to take her car away. I tried to make her reason and get her to voluntarily give it away, but she’s a danger to herself and other at this point, so if she won’t listen I’ll have to put my foot down and that sucks. It really does. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Work is continuing on the house. I’m excited about it because it means a return to normalcy, but it also sucks that I’m losing so much money on this. Sigh… it is what it is.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
