Today was a surprising day. I heard from my friend Alicia who is interviewing with a guy I used to work with. Gave her some tips. Then later in the day I hear from my old boss, so that was nice. And got some nice compliments at work from a coworker about my LinkedIn posts. At work, I was able to figure out an elegant solution to a PDF themeing problem I was having, and got caught up to code reviews. The only bad thing is that I think I found a bug in our social embedding system. I’ll verify it tomorrow and address it.
And I saw some football matches, I suppose. Spain and France was actually worth watching. Copa America and Argentina is a fucking fraud. At least there’s Uruguay and Colombia still. God, I really want them to beat Argentina. The douche-bags live in my head rent free.
