Beat the Astro bot tonight. Didn’t find every puzzle piece in the hidden lab, but that hardly mattered; the game earned more enthusiasm than I expected going in. Started up Uboat afterward, hoping for something in the vein of the old Silent Hunter games, and for a while it delivered. Then I went to save and couldn’t. A quick search turned up plenty of others stuck on the same problem, which is its own kind of answer: some games you play, and some you play plus a second job digging through forums just to get them working. Tonight was one of the latter.
