Yesterday I shadowed released months of work on the Fiber Club portal. It’s intentionally hidden and some features are disabled because a) there’s a few things we’re unhappy about UX-wise and want to fix, and b) at this point we only want a select few people to access the site and it’s cheaper and easier to release unfinished work than to provision people to our dev environment. It’s not a big deal to do so, but I just don’t feel like coordinating onboarding and offboarding people onto the dev environment.
So my github profile now looks like this, heh.
We’ll be working closely with the people getting access, get much needed feedback, and iterate from there. But it’s an exciting milestone that you can now sign up as a designer, publish your pattern on the website, and see it live on the mobile app for people to download.
