Yesterday I submitted a second draft of a distributed topic publisher that uses redis as its backend to throttle messages to one per specified time. So that was cool. Hopefully it survives code review.
Today I’m going to have a very meeting-heavy day. I’ll be kicking off a “Talking Shop Series” talk. If people like it, I’m hoping to make it a monthly thing with rotating guest speakers.
Any remaining time will be spent catching up to very overdue code reviews. I probably won’t be working on Fiber Club today.
