A quiet morning, most of it given to the Spotter project, the kind of steady work that leaves little to report beyond the fact that it moved. Later I mowed the lawn, and it looks the better for it. Time with Liza, and picadillo for supper. Nothing about the day was remarkable, and yet I found myself glad of all of it. There is something worth noting in that: that an ordinary day, asked for nothing more than to be ordinary, can still be one you’re sorry to see end.
